Policies

I have various policies/procedures as recommended by Ofsted, including:

• complaints

• behaviour management

• confidentiality

• equal opportunities

• illness and infectious diseases

• safeguarding

 

My policies  describe how I run my business and respond to various situations, such as if a child becomes ill in my care. Written copies are provided for you to see when you visit, and you will have copies to read through before you sign a contract with me. It is important for me to work in partnership with parents and carers, and policies can provide a start point for a dialogue with you about how you want me to help your child on a day to day and longer term basis.

 Parents are kept informed of any amendments made to them. Paper or virtual copies can be provided for parents if required.
